GNA Biathlon Rules
For every target that you hit, you will have 10 seconds deducted from your elapsed time. Not hitting the targets does not change your elapsed time. Freestyle technique for all races.

RACE WAXING POLICY
Please note that this race is an NO fluoro race.
Fluoro top coats, sprays, powders, HF and LF waxes are not permitted.
Tentative Schedule
J1/U18, Senior, and Master Skiers – Distance: 3 x 2.3K
Start Times (15-second interval starts):
· 10:00 am – J1/U18 and older girls/women
· 10:40 am – J1/U18 and older boys/men
U16 skiers to follow – Distance: 3 x 2.3K
· 11:20 am J2/U16 boys and girls
BKL Ages
Start time (wave starts by age group):
· 1:00 pm, in the following order:
Grades 1 & 2 (3 x 200m), Grades 3 & 4 (3 x 500m), Grades 5 & 6 (3 x 800m), Grades 7 & 8 (3 x 1.5K)
Race-day BKL registration is available at 11:45 am–2:45 pm
Parking: Please park behind the Outdoor center.

Course Maps
Lollipoppers, Grades 1 & 2 (1–7-year-olds) will ski a small loop around the stadium.
Paintball Grades 3 & 4 (8–9 year olds), will ski a 3 x 500m course
Paintball Grades 5 & 6 (10–11 year olds), 3 x 800m course
Paintball Grade 7 & 8 (12–13 year olds), 3 x 1.5K course
Paintball Morning Course, 3 x 2.3K
